Installation requirements:
Can be installed in all surfaces. Please note that we recommend using post-savers when installing in woodchip or concrete to increase the post longevity.
If we are installing for you, we require parking close to the installation area and clear access to the site so materials and tools can be safely transported.
Lead time:
We aim to have supply only orders delivered within 14 days. Installation lead times can vary, depending on the setup and where you are located. Please email ahead of booking an installation.
Supply only or supply and installation:
Supply only - Orders are sent via courier (Anyvan or Speedy Frieght).
Supply and installation - We install the equipment for you. We cover 10 miles from TW12. If you’re outside of this area, we may still be able to do the installation for you, but there will be a travel charge. Please email us to discuss ahead of placing an order as we have very limited availability.
Supply and local installer introduction - the materials will be sent to you via courier and we will introduce you to a local installation contractor. You’ll deal directly with the contractor to discuss your requirements, agree the installation price and arrange a suitable date. Installation is arranged and paid for separately, directly to the contractor.
Warranty:
2 years for faulty materials.
